Speedy's Handyman is a family-owned handyman and remodeling company based in Kennewick, WA. We do home repairs, bathroom and kitchen remodels and repairs, and cabinet refinishing in our own paint booth across the Tri-Cities: Kennewick, Richland, Pasco (including West Pasco), West Richland, Benton City and Burbank.

The Tri-Cities grew up where the Yakima, Snake and Columbia rivers meet, and the towns around them are close but different: Hanford-era houses in central Richland, new subdivisions in West Pasco and south Kennewick, rural lots in Benton City and Burbank. We plan routes from our Kennewick shop, and cabinet and door work comes back to the shop's paint booth no matter which town it's from.

What does the Tri-Cities climate do to a house?
Semi-arid weather is easy on people and hard on houses. Sun breaks down finishes and rubber roof boots, wind carries dust through any gap, and big swings between summer and winter open caulk joints. Those repairs are a large share of what we do here.

Does Speedy's Handyman do kitchen remodels and kitchen repairs?
Yes, both. Kitchen remodels usually keep the layout and cabinet boxes and change the rest: cabinet doors sprayed in our paint booth, new hardware, laminate countertops, backsplash tile, flooring and paint. Kitchen repairs include cabinet doors, hinges and drawer slides, countertop and backsplash seams, and leak damage under the sink. A licensed plumber we bring in handles sink and dishwasher hookups.
Does Speedy's Handyman do bathroom repairs as well as remodels?
Yes. Along with full bathroom remodels, we handle everyday bathroom repairs: re-caulking tubs and showers, shower door adjustment and replacement, bath fan duct work, grab bars (including through tile), towel bars and mirrors, and drywall or subfloor damage after a leak. The plumbing itself goes to a licensed plumber we bring in.
