Pasco Handyman & Home Repair

Pasco is across the Columbia River from our Kennewick shop, and it's where we've rebuilt a wheelchair ramp, set steel fence posts, hung a patio slider and mounted a lot of TVs.

Old Pasco and the fast-growing west side

Pasco has an older core around downtown and the riverfront and a much newer west side that has filled in along I-182 near Road 68 and Road 100. Older homes bring us stucco, doors and fences; the newer ones bring punch lists, assembly and TV mounting. If you're on the west side, see West Pasco below.

West Pasco: Road 68, Road 100 and Broadmoor

West Pasco has filled in fast along I-182 near the Road 68 and Road 100 exits and around Broadmoor. Most homes here are newer, so the lists we see are first-years lists: drywall nail pops and hairline cracks as the house settles, doors that drift out of adjustment, builder-grade blinds to replace, and shelves, curtain rods and TVs to hang. Open lots mean young landscaping and dust in door and window tracks, and west-facing patios and garage doors take the afternoon sun. We handle all of it in one visit when you have a list.

  • Drywall nail pops
  • TVs, shelving, blinds and curtain rods
  • Door adjustment and sweeps
  • Fences, side gates and garage-door paint
  • Grab bars

Flat ground, open wind

Much of Pasco is flat and open, so wind leans on fences and gates and drives dust under doors. Steel fence posts that work loose in their footings, stucco walls dinged by the fence, and doors that need new sweeps are all typical Pasco calls. Summer sun bakes south-facing patio doors and the trim around them.
