Can I send one list with small and big repairs on it?
Yes. Most calls start with one item and turn into five once we're standing in the kitchen. That's fine. Send us everything that's bugging you and we'll quote it item by item, so you can choose what gets done now and what waits.
Who fixes drains, leaks and water damage?
A slow drain or a drip under a sink is usually plumbing. For licensed plumbing work, we bring in a licensed plumber. Then we fix what the water touched: the swollen floor of a sink base, a stained ceiling, soft subfloor by a toilet, caulk that let water behind the tub. More on our plumbing and leak-damage page.
Can you fix attic vents, window seals and roof jacks?
Bath fans that dump moist air into the attic, attic vents with stuck dampers, window frames with dried-out caulk, and roof jack boots split by years of sun. These are small jobs that stop bigger ones. See roof repair and doors, windows and weatherproofing.
Do you install grab bars and ramps?

Yes. Send the whole list by phone, text or email. We quote each item so you can decide what to do now, and we plan the visit so the work flows from one room to the next.
What do you do about a slow drain or a leak?
For licensed plumbing work, we bring in a licensed plumber. We handle the repairs around it: drywall, cabinet floors, subfloor and caulking, so you only make one call.
What about plumbing, electrical or HVAC?
We hire licensed contractors we trust for those trades: a licensed plumber for plumbing, a licensed HVAC contractor for heating and cooling, and our sister company, Speedy's Electrical, for electrical. We handle the schedule and the repairs around their work, and you get one invoice.
