These terms cover your use of speedys-handyman.com and the text-message program run by SPEEDYS HANDYMAN LLC. Work on your home is also governed by the written quote or contract for that job.

2. Registration and licensing

Speedy's Handyman is operated by SPEEDYS HANDYMAN LLC, a Washington registered general contractor, WA Contractor Reg. # SPEEDHL745P1. You can check our registration on L&I's Verify a Contractor tool. Plumbing and electrical work that Washington law requires a licensed plumbing or electrical contractor to perform is done by an appropriately licensed contractor.

3. Estimates and pricing

Estimates are subject to an on-site inspection. Pricing is labor plus materials, as written in your quote. If we uncover extensive damage… we will stop, take photographs, explain what we found, and receive your approval before completing any additional work. There will be no surprise repairs added without discussing them with you first.

4. Specials

We don't advertise specials or promotions on this website.

5. Permits, lead-safe and asbestos

Depending on the job, either Speedy's Handyman or the homeowner will obtain any required permits, as agreed in writing before work starts. In homes built before 1978, work that disturbs painted surfaces follows Washington's lead-safe renovation rules, and suspect materials such as old sheet vinyl, texture or mastic are checked for asbestos before they're disturbed.

6. Scheduling

We'll agree on a start date with you. This website doesn't guarantee a start date or a completion date.

7. Using this website

Please use this website lawfully and don't try to disrupt it. The content is general information about our services, not a quote or a promise for a specific job.

8. Third-party links

Links to sites like Google, Facebook and TikTok are for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

9. Intellectual property

The text, photos and logo on this website belong to SPEEDYS HANDYMAN LLC or are used with permission. Customer reviews are quoted from Google.
