Pre-Sale Repairs: common questions

Do you do pre-sale repairs for home sellers?

Yes. Along with everyday home repair work, Speedy's handles pre-sale repairs in Kennewick, Richland, Pasco and West Richland: paint, trim and cabinet touch-ups, door hardware and caulking, inspection punch lists and small roof repairs. When the list includes plumbing we bring in a licensed plumber, and electrical items go to our sister company, Speedy's Electrical.

What's worth fixing before I list?

Usually the things buyers see first: paint, trim, caulk, worn flooring in high-traffic spots and door or cabinet hardware. We'll walk the house with you and quote each item separately.

Do sellers need to be home while you work?

No, as long as access is arranged with you or your agent. Listing prep can be scheduled while the home is vacant or between showings.
